Coming out of the pandemic, we have the unpredicted opportunity to make permanent the temporary environmental gains we realized from pausing our economies – if we have the courage to capture the moment and seek real solutions.
The countries that come out of this crisis stronger in the long term, he notes, will be the ones that realize it isn’t a choice between economy and environment, but a chance to bring the two together.
